Justin Watkins, Lead Pastor

Justin is a native of Columbus, Ohio. He is the founder and lead pastor of Passion Church - Dayton, which he and his family launched in August of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
​​
Justin is a graduate from United Theological Seminary. He is an educator, regional chaplain, and a passionate leader within the community.

Jessica Watkins, Assistant Pastor

Jessica is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and a graduate of the University of Dayton and United Theological Seminary. She serves alongside her husband in the leadership and administration of the ministry.
She is a gifted teacher, leader, and lover of people and worship.

Justin and Jessica have been happily married since 2009 and are the proud parents of Justin (J2) and Justice Eliana, and their dog, Jaxxon.
